Bayside Home Watch Services, LLC is a family owned and operated business located in Palm Harbor, FL. Dan Downing is the principal owner whose focus is on providing you with exceptional home watch service for your peace of mind while you are not residing in your Florida home.
I have spent the past 39 years as an executive in the banking industry providing individuals and businesses with value based solutions. My passion for working with people and the satisfaction derived from helping clients improve their financial well-being inspired me to establish Bayside Home Watch Services, LLC. I saw the need for a service in this area that provided homeowners with the comfort of knowing that their home is being cared for in their absence. I am a firm believer that client relationships must be built on a foundation of trust and integrity, especially in a home watch business.
My wife, Robin, and I have owned and cared for homes in Pennsylvania and Florida for 30 years. We moved to Florida in 1996 and currently reside in the East Lake area with our dogs, Panda and Gus. Over the past 20 years living and working in Pinellas County, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a network of highly recommended, reliable home service contractors that are available when needed.
