      • Every home visit will include a minimum 25-point inspection report
      • Report notices are emailed to you before we leave your home
      • Home Watch Rates are based on square footage of your home and frequency of visits
      • Inspection photos by request or as needed
      • Referral discounts

Additional Services:
Auto Care
Includes starting of car and golf cart/tire inspection/drive around the block (must be authorized and vehicle must be insured).
Meet Service Contractors
Work with you to get bids, meet with service contractor to give access to your home, stay until the work is complete, and lock up following their departure.
Meet Delivery Personnel
Will be at your home to receive scheduled deliveries.
Grocery Shopping before your Arrival
We will shop for the items you request and deliver them to your home so that you don’t have to go grocery shopping as soon as you arrive home.
Open or Close Residence for Season
We will open your home and prepare it for you or your guests arrival or close and secure upon your departure.
Pre-Storm and Post-Storm Checks
Removal of lanai/patio furniture
Removal of other items around your home that can cause damage to your property
Putting up or taking down hurricane shutters
Light House Cleaning
Dusting and vacuuming
Indoor & Outdoor Plant Watering
